Split PDF by Range: Extract Chapters Easily
Imagine you are a teacher. You have a 300-page PDF textbook. You want your students to read Chapter 4 (Pages 55-72).
You do not want to email them the whole 300-page book securely because:
- Copyright/Privacy: Maybe they shouldn't see the rest.
- Confusion: They will ask "What page do I start on?"
- Bandwidth: 300 pages is a huge download.
You need to Split by Range.
How Range Splitting Works
Instead of cutting a file in half, you define a "Start Page" and an "End Page." The software ignores everything else (1-54 and 73-300) and creates a new, clean PDF containing just the slice you asked for.
The Process
- Upload Texttbook: Use the PDF Splitter.
- Type Range: Input
55-72. - Verify: Check that you didn't cut off a sentence on page 73.
- Extract: Download
Chapter_4.pdf.
Advanced Ranges
Our tool can often handle complex instructions like: 1-5, 55-72. This allows you to include the Table of Contents (Pages 1-5) and the Chapter (55-72) in a single file while skipping everything in between.
