Fix Scanned PDF Orientation: Rotate Pages Permanently

You open a PDF invoice. It's sideways. You go to "View -> Rotate View" in your PDF reader. It looks fine. You close it. You email it to your boss.

They reply: "Why is this sideways?"

View vs. Edit

Most PDF readers only "Rotate View." This is a temporary visual change for your eyes only. It does not change the actual file.

To fix it for everyone, you need to Edit the PDF Rotation.

How to Fix It Permanently

1. Use an Editor: Go to our PDF Reorder/Rotate Tool.
2. Upload: See the thumbnails.
3. Find the Culprit: Locate the sideways page (Page 1).
4. Rotate: Click the "Rotate Right" button ↻.
5. Save/Export: This step re-writes the internal code of the PDF.

Now, whenever anyone opens that file—on a phone, a Mac, or a PC—it will open right-side up. No neck-craning required.
